Orders placed before 10am will be sent out the same day 
Any orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are shipped the following business day.

Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post. All deliveries are Express Post

Express Post will be received within 1–4 business days for (Metro areas)

Although Express Post is still your fastest delivery option, it may take a little longer than usual to get to you as Australia post current circumstances mean they can't guarentee next day business day delivery at the moment.

What is the Turnaround on Made to Order Pieces?

Sun of Elena pieces are handmade, focusing on quality and craftsmanship. We work with artisans in both India and Mexico. Therefore we find the timeframe for made to order items to reach you after order is 4-6 weeks.

An email with notification of shipment will be sent to your email once the item is shipped. We keep in touch with our manufacturers and if a delay is predicted we will make sure to keep you updated.

No Refunds for Change of Mind 
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any items purchased, including those labeled as "Made to order" .

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it  and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send photographic evidence of the fault.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items,  gift cards, jewellery made to order items. The exception being if they are deemed faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
